Our 11 acre farm is 1/3 mile down an easement off of a quiet road. We have about 2 acres fenced in as a yard for the pups, and also to keep the cows in their pastures. Entrance to the yard is through a gate next to the driveway near the garage. Appointments only please so that we confirm and can put our friendly pups away - unless you would like playtime, and we are sure the dogs get along. We ask that only fully vaccinated and healthy dogs (not recovering or suffering from a transmittable illness) visit our property, as it’s our home.

Our Sniffspot yard is open again. We are so happy to see you and your dogs again! The yard is fully fenced and we do not have other pets that will use the yard. We are located in a subdivision. We have had large and small dogs use our yard. Adam and Terrie love dogs and we no longer have a dog. We do not want to own another dog at this time but we love to have them around. We share our yard with you because it gives your dogs a chance to run and play and it gives us a chance to see a dog. We try to greet you as soon as you arrive, offer drinks and assistance, and if you allow it, we’d love to pet your dog(s)!

We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. CERTAINLY, please take the map provided at the entry table.

A dog pool, plenty of chairs located sporadically in the shade and one in the middle with an umbrella for shade! We have even put a hammock out there if you want to relax while your dog gets his/her energy out! We have also provided toys, costumes for dress up, light treats and we have a water source for cleaning off the paws as well as towels to dry your pooch before getting back in the car! The private dog park is 100% fenced in and while you’re here our dogs will be in the house so they are not a distraction. We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. *The new deck is done, and the fire pit is available for use on colder days! Please just message me and I can have it running for you by the time you get here. The general plan is to have our guests use the lower deck (to be closer to their dogs), but if your dogs happens to run up to the upper deck, no big deal!* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a small dog tunnel, furniture on the lower deck for you to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.
